'Passage'

                                  Pink Granite

                           "Passage" is a tall, rectangular pink
               granite sculpture that is in shape
               similar to an ancient standing stone,
               although its corners are sharp right
               angles and it tapers in on one side.
               In the side that tapers is carved, in a
               manner so subtle to look almost like
               a natural erosion, a face with hair
               that spreads out and upward in
               intricate branches. Again, it is a face
               out of an ancient past, somehow both
               devoid of expression and yet powerful
               in its intensity"
